On the terrace in Paris

On the terrace in Paris

Café and restaurant terraces are a true Parisian institution. Popular even in winter, they become totally irresistible when the fine weather arrives. The Yuna residences invite you to taste the Big City Life experience, and lunch or dinner on the terrace is definitely part of it. Here are some of our favourites…

Authentically Parisian

Let's start with a true Parisian institution: Au Pied de Cochon. Situated in a quiet street bordering the brand-new Bourse du Commerce, the terrace is largely sunny, endearingly lively and nicely away from busy traffic. You can taste the famous pig's trotters for which the restaurant is named or their fine seafood at any time of day, and it’s all in the friendly Parisian brasserie tradition. For a very different feel, but one that is just as Parisian, head to the rooftop terrace of Perruche. This café restaurant in the Printemps department store commands a unique view over Paris and offers a tasty menu with Mediterranean inspirations.

Ultra-chic / ultra-trendy

And here’s two more places with very different vibes! The first takes you under the majestic colonnades of the Palais Royal. The Café Kitsuné invites you to enjoy the beauty of the shaded paths of chestnut trees in the famous Parisian garden. Sample a fine selection of coffees while savouring delightful desserts. For something completely different, visit the Dépanneur Terrasse at the corner of the Rue Mansart and Rue de Douai in trendy South Pigalle. Take a seat on the pavement and soak up the bustling atmosphere of the street. Here, you can enjoy burgers, salads and tacos prepared from fresh and organic ingredients.

Whether peaceful, perched, elegant, or trendy, terraces offer you many ways to enjoy Paris. There’s sure to be one near your Yuna Parisian residence where you can chill during the day and have fun in the evening.
